Position : Account Executive
Location : Toronto, Ontario

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include developing new business leads, managing onsite customer implementations, and supporting QSG customer’s ongoing project needs. The Account Executive will drive successful customer experience outcomes through sales and technology consultation where onsite engagement is required to develop and win the business. Other responsibilities include:
• Drive profitability and grow revenue for territory accounts
• Solution selling by consulting customers on business challenges and identifying technologies, software, and services to address these challenges
• Developing an excellent understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the competition and developing strategies to gain market share
• Develop partnerships with Vendor Field Sales Representatives and optimize the joint selling opportunities within a given territory
• Managing an existing portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers in the assigned territory
• Developing a foundational knowledge of QSG’s products and services
• Displaying a high-level of critical thinking to help solve customer business problems

Qualifications
• Proven success in technology sales
• A proven record of negotiating and securing new business
• Ability to sell hardware, software, and services
• A highly driven and enthusiastic sales professional
• Strong in-person sales skills
• Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative
• Capable of executing and managing multiple tasks / projects
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within defined territory
Education and Experience
• Industry experience in barcoding, RFID, Mobile computing, Wireless, Data Capture and Internet of Things
• Experience in logistics, supply chain and automation is also a great asset
• Experience uncovering, managing and closing small to large deals, including Fortune 500 companies and accounts
• 8+ years of sales experience
• College degree preferred
• Ability to travel within a given territory
